- We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal
- Opened sleepYstrip® packs are not returnable
- Please ensure that before you pay, you have selected the correct number of packs
- Unopened sleepYstrip® packs may be returned at your expense with a 10% restocking/refund fee if goods are returned in original condition – there is no refund for opened or damaged packs
- Each pack contains 30 latex free single use adhesive patches
- Delivery Charge – free within Australia for 1, 6 and 12 packs
- Delivery Charge – international US$4 per 1 pack, US$20 per 6 pack
- Delivery Time within Australia – Allow 3-5 days for Metropolitan areas. Areas outside this please allow 5-10 working days
- Delivery Time International – subject to local and international delivery times
- Damaged goods or incorrect numbers of sleepYstrip® must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order
- 1 pack delivery is sent regular post within Australia and internationally. 6 pack is sent Express Post within Australia and courier/post depending on country of delivery. 12 pack within Australia is sent with Castaway Couriers and cannot be sent to a PO Box
